Community Representative, Congresswoman Sara Jacobs

Michaela is a San Diego native and is a OLP alumna class of 2019. She attended Marquette University with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminology and Law Studies. She first joined Congresswoman Jacobs team in spring 2022 as a Congressional intern in Washington D.C. After graduating in 2023, Michaela returned to Congresswoman Jacobs district office as the Staff Assistant. Currently, Michaela serves as a Community Representative covering the youth, education, reproductive rights, and business portfolio. This consists of meeting with key stakeholders in the community and doing casework for constituents that are experiencing difficulties with a federal agency.
