Associate Broker

Maggie Brady is an Associate Broker with the Northmarq National Restaurant Group in San Diego, CA. Maggie specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease restaurant properties nationwide, providing advisory services to corporations, franchisees, REITs, developers and individual investors. Maggie assists her clients in making informed investment decisions through her deep industry knowledge and expertise in underwriting, market analysis, and financial modeling. 

Prior to working at Northmarq, Maggie was a part of the Cushman & Wakefield Land Advisory Group, where she gained extensive experience in California agriculture, solar and land development sales. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego (USD) in May 2023. While at USD, Maggie competed in the highly selective NAIOP San Diego University Challenge, where her team created a 43-acre redevelopment proposal of Westfield's Plaza Bonita Mall in National City, presenting their plan to a panel of top industry developers and the broader local real estate community. 

Beyond her professional work, Maggie volunteers at Nativity Prep Academy in San Diego, serving as a mentor to middle school students, and is an active member in NAIOP San Diego.
