Justice Advocate, Student Leader, and Aspiring Attorney
Meet Kaseba Chibweth from the Class of 2019, a multifaceted advocate for justice, women's empowerment, racial equality, and self-love, who is also an aspiring attorney currently embarking on her journey to law school. During her time at OLP, Kaseba served as a Carondelet Ambassador Captain, a member of the mock trial club that made it to State Championship twice, and a member of the BeYOUtiful club. She placed 1st place in the Rotary Four-Way Test Speech competition with a speech that focused on the damage that unrealistic beauty standards have on young girls. She was also the 2019 Miss OLP. With her unwavering commitment to creating positive change through leadership and public speaking. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Loyola University of Chicago. Kaseba served as the Attorney General in the student government. As Attorney General, She played a pivotal role in addressing student concerns, resolving disputes, and championing the rights of her peers.Her optimism continues to serve as a driving force, infusing her work with resilience and determination, even in the face of challenging issues. Kaseba hopes to inspire others to join the journey towards a more equitable and empowered future for all.
